Key Responsibilities
Siding Installation: Install and repair residential siding (vinyl, wood, or composite), ensuring a clean, weather-tight finish.
Window & Trim Work: Install exterior windows, wraps, soffit and fascia.
Site Safety: Set up scaffolding and ladders; ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect the crew and the homeowners.
Loading/Unloading: Handle materials with care and ensure the job site is thoroughly cleaned of nails and debris at the end of each day.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Must be comfortable working at heights.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
A commitment to high-quality work and respect for the homeowner’s property.
Punctual and strong work ethic.
Able to take direction from the crew lead and work efficiently with the rest of the team.
