About the Role
Siding Installation: Install and repair residential siding (vinyl, wood, or composite), ensuring a clean, weather-tight finish.
Roofing Support: Assist with residential tear-offs and shingle application; maintain a clean perimeter around the home to protect landscaping and property.
Window & Trim Work: Assist in the installation of exterior windows, capping, and fascia.
Site Safety: Set up residential scaffolding and ladders; ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect the crew and the homeowners.
Loading/Unloading: Handle materials with care and ensure the job site is thoroughly cleaned of nails and debris at the end of each day.
Requirements
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working on residential roofs and at heights.
Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (bundles of shingles, siding panels) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to high-quality work and respect for the homeowner’s property.
Reliability: Punctual and ready to work. Must have dependable transportation to get to various residential job sites.
Team Player: Able to take direction from the crew lead and work efficiently with the rest of the team.
